Long Range Shoot Jan 16, 2012

Postby TANSLEY » Wed Jan 18, 2012 6:20 pm

Hello everyone, here’s a quick update on last Mondays long distance shoot. First I would like to thank all the guest shooters that showed up, it’s was lots fun and you guys did some great shooting. Weather conditions were typical Florida winter weather (Temp-73.5 degrees / 44.2 humidity / 30.29 barometric / variable winds from 5.3mph – 8mph @ 11 to 12 O’clock) the wind direction moved around a lot through the afternoon, this gave most of us a good challenge on the 900 yard and the 1000 yard firing lines. Hopefully in the next few weeks we should have a target video system capable of transmitting our "hits and misses" out to us up to the 1000 yard firing line. I'm hoping this will work out great and save us a lot of ammo and make us better shooters in the long run. Again, thanks to every one who was there on the range and we will see you’ll next time.
