Introduction to Long Range Shooting - Primer

Date: June 9th, 8am – 11am (3 hours)
Location: TBD location in Spruce Creek Fly-In Community, Port Orange, FL 32128

Prerequisite: Rifle experience; please consult before signing up with any questions

Class Description
This is a cursory introduction to long range shooting and the necessary safely and club policies. The class will be 3 hours in length.
We’ll will start at the basics and cover safety in depth. Then we will transition you to the science behind long range shooting, and then apply it in the field. When you are finished with this class you will have a cursory understanding of long range ballistics and what is required to qualify to shoot long range at VCGHC. This class is not required to shoot long range at VCGHC, however qualification procedure needs to be demonstrated to club directors prior to shooting long range. If you bring a friend receive a 20% discount. Prepayment required and please let me know soon if you can, I need to secure the classroom of appropriate size for the group.
